We all know that meditation is good for us but sometimes it’s hard to do it on your own. It’s tough to sit still in our busy lives. That’s why I’ve created these short, guided meditation sequences specifically for pregnancy. 


I’ve also included 60-minute birth affirmations recording for you to listen to during labour, to help you stay in the zone mentally and remain positive, focused, and empowered during one of the most challenging experiences of your life. I recommend listening to this in the weeks leading up to birth as preparation.
