I’m Hayley Tillard, mother of two, Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Coach, and a certified Motherhood Studies Practitioner.

The weekly mentoring calls are just 45 minutes, and all resources are accessible at your own pace. I advise communicating with your partner or support network to make this program a collective priority. Incorporating the practices into your lifestyle is something we will work on together, as it is notoriously difficult for mothers to prioritise themselves.
