No, yoga experience is not required. The yoga flows are beginner-friendly and you will receive sequences that are appropriate to whether you are pregnant, postpartum, or beyond.
Motherhood is busy. It’s a whole thing! This program is designed for busy mothers. This program does require you to commit and you will get out what you put in. The weekly mentoring calls are just 45 minutes, and all resources are accessible at your own pace. I advise communicating with your partner or support network to make this program a collective priority. Incorporating the practices into your lifestyle is something we will work on together, as it is notoriously difficult for mothers to prioritise themselves.
