Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations and rescheduling:If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled are non-refundable.

   

• Missed sessions:If you miss a session without prior notice, it will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled. Hayley Tillard will wait for 15 minutes before leaving the meeting.
  
  
• Rescheduling: With at least 24 hours’ notice (for in-person coaching) or 12 hours’ notice (for online calls), your session can be rescheduled within two weeks, subject to availability. This does not alter previously booked sessions. Unused sessions cannot be carried beyond the package duration
  
  
• Coach cancellations: If Hayley Tillard needs to cancel, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a credit toward a session within the month.
  
  
• Group mentoring calls: If you miss a group session, no refunds or reschedules are available, but a recording will be provided.
  
  
• Package expiry: All prepaid packages must be used within the agreed timeframe. Extensions are only granted in special circumstances.
  
  

Your commitment to this practice is important, and these policies ensure fairness, consistency, and accountability for both of us, as well as accounting for expenses incurred and services rendered.
