Gather is everything in one place that I needed as a new mother struggling with my mental health, overwhelm, isolation, and identity.
Postpartum yoga helps you heal and find confidence in your body. Guided relaxation helps regulate your nervous system. Connection with other mothers makes you feel less alone. And mother-centric education gives you tools and language to navigate your experiences.

When – Fridays 9.30am – 11am

I felt taken care of. I felt nurtured.
My mindset has changed about how to be calm or react to parenting triggers.
This has really helped unpack motherhood early.
Very happy that I made the decision to join. Motherhood eduction is very interesting and in regards to yoga/ breathwork, there is a whole new world to explore. Also love our group of mums.
Hayley, thank you for creating such a magical space for us mamas
Loving it! I wish I found it sooner. I’ve been to a few other mothers groups and have found this one to be the most suitable for me so far. Compared to other groups Gather is much more refined in terms of the organisation, thoughtfulness/structure of the program, attention to detail and comms
The most valuable part has been focusing on myself and recovery from the inside out
The light at the end of the week
This group is best suited for mums with babies from 6 weeks to pre-crawling. Safety is a priority and the space is not designed to keep bubs contained. Also, you may not get the most out of the class if you are chasing them around.
Not at all! Come and enjoy yoga, relaxation, and chats sans bub.
That’s completely normal and totally okay! This is a judgment-free zone, and you’re encouraged to feed, cuddle, or settle your baby and resume the class when you’re ready. Everyone is in the same boat, and there’s no pressure to have a perfectly content bub. Pop your boob out, enjoy a private area, or heat up a bottle – we’re here to support mothers.
Not at all! The postpartum yoga sessions are gentle and beginner-friendly, with every pose being explained. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after pregnancy, you’ll be supported at your own pace.
Topics include postpartum recovery, identity shifts, mental load, self-care, and navigating the emotional and physical changes of early motherhood.
Bring anything your baby needs (nappies, bouncer, mat, etc.), and water for yourself. Comfortable clothes that allow movement are ideal.
Life with a baby is unpredictable, so if you miss a session, you’ll still have access to the online resources from that week’s topic.
It’s always a good idea to check in with your doctor, midwife, or women’s health physio before returning to exercise, especially if you’ve had a C-section, significant tearing, or any complications during birth. Every recovery is different, so if you’re unsure, feel free to reach out—we can chat about modifications and make sure you’re moving in a way that supports your recovery.
