This document governs all services offered by Hayley Tillard and is structured in two parts:

• Part A – General Terms (applies to all services)
• Part B – Single Session Services (1:1 Motherhood Consultation & 1:1 Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Coaching)

By booking or paying for any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable parts of this document.

PART A – GENERAL TERMS

Applies to all Hayley Tillard services.

A1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Tillard Minehan Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 74 627 968 021) trading as Hayley Tillard (“we”, “us”, “our”). The version in effect at the time of booking applies to that booking.

A2. About Hayley Tillard – Scope of Practice

Hayley Tillard is a Perinatal Practitioner – a qualified Motherhood Studies Practitioner (Dr Sophie Brock) and prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher. All services are educational and supportive in nature.

Our services do not constitute:

• Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Psychological or mental health therapy or counselling
• Midwifery, obstetric, or lactation consulting services
• Legal or financial advice

You are encouraged to maintain your relationship with your GP, midwife, obstetrician, and any other relevant healthcare providers. Where appropriate, we may suggest referrals to allied health professionals.

If you disclose or display signs of a mental health concern during sessions — including but not limited to postnatal depression, postnatal anxiety, or birth trauma — we will encourage you to seek appropriate professional support. We are not qualified to diagnose or treat these conditions.

A3. Confidentiality

All information shared in sessions, intake forms, and communications is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose it to any third party without your written consent, except where required by law or where we reasonably believe there is a risk of harm to you, your child, or another person.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at hayleytillard.com/privacy-policy. Brief session notes may be kept for continuity of care. Notes are stored securely and not shared.

A4. Intellectual Property

All materials, resources, and recommendations provided during or following sessions are for your personal use only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent from Tillard Minehan Holdings Pty Ltd.

A5. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

A6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

PART B – SINGLE SESSION SERVICES

Applies to: 1:1 Motherhood Consultation and 1:1 Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Coaching.

B1. Services

• 1:1 Motherhood Consultation – a single 60-minute educational session for mothers navigating pregnancy, postpartum, matrescence, identity, and the pressures of modern motherhood.
• 1:1 Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Coaching – a single 60-minute private yoga session for pregnant or postpartum women. No prior yoga experience required.

Sessions are available in-person at the Sandgate consulting studio or online. Babies are welcome.

B2. Bookings & Payment

• Sessions are booked via Calendly at hayleytillard.com/book-a-session.
• Payment is collected in full at the time of booking via Stripe.
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• Promotional pricing and discount codes are valid for the stated period only and cannot be applied retrospectively.
• Payments are processed securely. We do not store your payment information.

B3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

More than 48 hours’ notice

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Within 48 hours of the session

No refund will be issued. You may reschedule once to a future available date at no additional charge.

No-shows

No refund or rescheduling will be offered for missed appointments without prior notice.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once with more than 48 hours’ notice at no cost. 

Cancellation by Hayley Tillard

If we need to cancel your session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost.

B4. Refunds

Refunds are issued in accordance with the cancellation policy above and in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law. We do not offer refunds on the basis that a session did not produce a specific outcome, as results vary and depend on individual circumstances.

B5. Health & Safety

You must inform us prior to your session of any relevant:

• Medical conditions, diagnoses, or recent surgeries
• Pregnancy or postpartum complications or recovery considerations
• Physical injuries or limitations
• Medications that may affect your capacity to participate

We reserve the right to decline or modify a session if we have reasonable concern that participation may pose a risk to your health or safety.

B6. Liability Waiver – Yoga Coaching

By booking a yoga coaching session, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Participation in yoga involves physical activity that carries inherent risk of discomfort or injury.
• You have consulted your GP, obstetrician, or midwife and received clearance to participate in yoga prior to your session.
• You will disclose any medical conditions, physical limitations, injuries, pregnancy or postpartum complications, or contraindications before or during your session.
• You will not participate if you are feeling unwell or have been advised against exercise by a medical professional.
• You take full responsibility for your own health and safety during the session.
• Tillard Minehan Holdings Pty Ltd and Hayley Tillard are released from liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where caused by our negligence or failure to take reasonable care.

B7. Liability Waiver – Motherhood Consultation

By booking a consultation, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The consultation is educational and informational in nature and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
• You will seek appropriate professional support for any clinical or crisis concerns.
• Outcomes cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on your individual circumstances.
