Nope! Yoga coaching is for all levels—whether you’re brand new, returning after a break, or looking to enhance your practice. We adapt the yoga to you.
Each session is tailored to whatever your goals are, but typically we’ll check in on how your body is feeling, work through specific postures and movement patterns, and refine technique where needed. You will be coached through a yoga flow with one-on-one attention and guided through a relaxation practice at the end, so you’ll leave with more knowledge, honed skills, and floating on a cloud. If desired, we can also integrate yoga philosophy and Ayurvedic lifestyle practices, bringing ancient wisdom into modern motherhood.
That’s where The Elphaba program comes in! If you want expertise and accountability but prefer a more independent approach, you’ll get a bespoke plan, recorded meditations, and check-ins, while committing to fewer in-person sessions.
