Yoga coaching is one-to-one therapeutic support that uses the tools of yoga in a way that’s personalised and practical.

Why yoga coaching?

Flourish is my most comprehensive service — a 12-week private program created for mothers who want complete support for their body, mind, and lifestyle.

Go deep into understanding yourself. Together, we explore the physical, emotional, and social layers of motherhood so you can gain the insight and clarity to optimise your most profound role.

You’ll receive both specialist yoga coaching and motherhood mentoring, giving you a unique space where education, movement, and self-reflection come together. Signature Yoga Coaching is a 1:1 program designed to meet the unique needs of pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. 

Physically, our focus will be on what you need most, whether that is core stability, strength building, pelvic floor toning, or navigating a perinatal condition. Beyond the physical, yoga coaching offers space to turn inward. Rooted in ancient wisdom, yoga is a spiritual practice that helps you feel safe in your body, quiet in your mind, emotionally balanced, and deeply relaxed.

Signature Yoga Coaching is more than exercise — it’s individualised, therapeutic care that nurtures the whole of you: body, mind, and spirit.

Foundations is the ideal entry point if you want the benefits of personalised yoga coaching with less commitment. You’ll start with a private yoga coaching session to set you up with confidence, then follow your program on your own terms with weekly check-ins and any necessary program updates. At the end, a final coaching session helps assess your progress and recommend next steps.

What’s the difference between yoga coaching and a regular yoga class?

Yoga coaching is completely tailored to you. Coaching gives you one-on-one guidance, a structured plan to get you from where you are to where you want to be, and ongoing support so you can fast-track progress towards your goals.

Nope! Yoga coaching is for all levels—whether you’re brand new, returning after a break, or looking to enhance your practice. We adapt the yoga to you.

Each session is tailored to whatever your goals are, but typically we’ll check in on how your body is feeling, work through specific postures and movement patterns, and refine technique where needed. You will be coached through a yoga flow with one-on-one attention and guided through a relaxation practice at the end, so you’ll leave with more knowledge, honed skills, and floating on a cloud. If desired, we can also integrate yoga philosophy and Ayurvedic lifestyle practices, bringing ancient wisdom into modern motherhood.

That’s where The Elphaba program comes in! If you want expertise and accountability but prefer a more independent approach, you’ll get a bespoke plan, recorded meditations, and check-ins, while committing to fewer in-person sessions.

It’s so much more than just movement. While yoga coaching includes postures and alignment, we also dive into breath work, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and even lifestyle habits that support your well-being. It’s about creating a full-body-mind approach that works for you.
