Gather is your mum sanctuary with substance.
Unlike anything else offered in Brisbane, Gather offers you a personalised plan for postpartum recovery, education for the real sociological, psychological, and practical elements of motherhood, and a safe space to share your authentic experiences of mum life – the magical, the messy, and the mundane.
Every Friday for 10 weeks, you will be empowered by perinatal experts, served a nourishing lunch, guided into deep relaxation, and nurtured like the life-creating queen you are, in a premium studio space.
This is not a generic mothers’ group. This isn’t about the baby. Gather is all about you.

I felt taken care of. I felt nurtured.
My mindset has changed about how to be calm or react to parenting triggers.
This has really helped unpack motherhood early.
Very happy that I made the decision to join. Motherhood eduction is very interesting and in regards to yoga/ breathwork, there is a whole new world to explore. Also love our group of mums.
Hayley, thank you for creating such a magical space for us mamas
Loving it! I wish I found it sooner. I’ve been to a few other mothers groups and have found this one to be the most suitable for me so far. Compared to other groups Gather is much more refined in terms of the organisation, thoughtfulness/structure of the program, attention to detail and comms
The most valuable part has been focusing on myself and recovery from the inside out
The light at the end of the week
The program focuses on the first 12 months postpartum.
Not necessarily. Gather is all about the mother and is designed to accommodate mums caring for babies, or for mums to move, rest, eat, and socialise on their own terms.
You’ll be in a safe, accepting, and supportive space at Gather. You’re encouraged to settle or feed your baby whenever you like, surrounded by a group of mums to lend a hand. Feel free to pop a boob out or sit in a private space. Facilities are provided for bottle-feeding.
No, the postpartum yoga is gentle and beginner-friendly, with every pose explained and modifications offered for your personal needs. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or experienced, you’ll be supported at your own pace.
Gather topics are all about the mother; understanding the nuanced experience of modern motherhood and empowering mothers to make their own version of motherhood better. We won’t cover baby-centric topics like feeding, sleep schedules, or development. Download the Gather Guide above for the full program.
Bring anything your baby needs (nappies, bouncer, mat, etc.) and wear comfortable clothes for gentle movement.
You will receive the educational resources covered in the session, your bespoke yoga program to practice at home, and Hayley will facilitate additional social opportunities with the group throughout term. The experience concludes after 10 weeks and no additional sessions are available.
It’s always a good idea to check in with your doctor, midwife, or women’s health physio before returning to exercise, especially if you’ve had a C-section, perinatal conditions, or complications. You can share your concerns with Hayley, who will guide you through modifications.
